We evaluate the underlying asset — its nature, value, verifiability and collateral characteristics.
We assess the economic structure of the transaction, including pricing, returns, fees and alignment of interests.
We review the proposed capital structure for coherence, risk allocation and counterparty obligations.
We conduct independent evaluation of counterparties, including KYC/AML compliance and due diligence.
We assess the realistic path to execution — documentation, regulatory requirements and closing mechanics.
